These terms govern use of the Intrepid Scientific website at intrepidscientific.com. They do not govern individual consulting engagements — those are governed by separate, written scope-of-work agreements signed by both parties.

Who we are

Intrepid Scientific, LLC is a Michigan limited liability company providing consulting services in scientific, regulatory, quality, and litigation-support domains. We are not a certification body, an accreditation body, an inspection authority, a law firm, or a tax-advisory firm.

What this website is

This website is informational. Its content — including service descriptions, insights articles, and downloadable resources — reflects our professional views as of the date of publication. It is intended to help operators, attorneys, accountants, and other advisors orient to topics in our practice areas.

What this website is not

This website does not constitute:

• Legal advice. Regulatory and compliance topics covered on this site interact with law that varies by jurisdiction and by facts of an individual matter. Consult qualified counsel for legal questions.

Engagements

When we engage with a client, the terms of that engagement — scope, deliverables, schedule, billing model, fees, expense pass-through, intellectual-property handling, confidentiality, indemnification, term, termination — are set out in a scope-of-work agreement signed by both parties. The agreement, not this website, governs the relationship.

Some engagements are conducted under a separate or supplemental confidentiality agreement (MNDA) and may be conducted under attorney-client privilege when engaged through counsel for litigation-support work.

Articles, primers, checklists, and other resources available from this site are made available for the reader’s own informational use. You may share them internally within your organization. Republication, repackaging, or sale of our content requires written permission.

Accuracy

Any dispute arising from use of this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Huron County, Michigan, except where engagement agreements specify otherwise.

We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
