This is the plain-English description of how Intrepid Scientific, LLC handles personal information submitted through this website (intrepidscientific.com). It covers the contact form, the lead-magnet email-capture form, and any email you send to a Cofounder address.

The short version

• We only collect what you choose to give us through a form or an email.
• We use that information to reply to you and (if you asked for it) to send you the resource you requested.
• We don’t share your information with third parties for marketing.
• We don’t run third-party advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or behavioral profiling on this site.
• You can ask us to delete what we have at any time — reply to any email from us, or write to team@intrepidscientific.com.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form on the homepage, we collect: your name, email address, organization (optional), the area of interest you select, and the message you write.

When you submit the 60-Day Federal Pathway email-capture form, we collect: your name, email address, and the role you select.

When you email a Cofounder directly, the contents of that email and your email address are collected by Google Workspace as the email destination.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) logs standard request metadata — IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp — for operational purposes (uptime, abuse mitigation). We do not use this metadata for marketing or tie it to your identity.

How we use it

Form submissions are emailed to team@intrepidscientific.com, which routes to the four Cofounders. We reply to legitimate inquiries within one or two business days. If you asked for the Federal Pathway primer, we additionally send you a confirmation email containing the link to read it.

We do not use your information to:

• Build marketing profiles or behavioral segments.
• Cross-reference you against advertising platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn audiences, etc.).
• Sell or rent contact lists.
• Send unsolicited recurring email beyond a direct reply to your inquiry. We may follow up once on a pending conversation; we do not run an automated drip campaign.

Where it lives

Three service providers process information on our behalf, and only for the purposes described above:

• Resend (resend.com) — sends the form-submission email to our team inbox and sends the lead-magnet confirmation email to you. Resend retains delivery logs for operational purposes.
• Google Workspace (Google LLC) — hosts our team inbox and individual Cofounder mailboxes. Email contents are stored on Google’s infrastructure under standard Workspace terms.
• Vercel (vercel.com) — hosts this website. Vercel logs request metadata as described above.

Each provider is bound by its own privacy and security obligations. We do not share your information with any party beyond these three for the purposes of operating the site and replying to you.

How long we keep it

We keep email correspondence for as long as it’s operationally useful — typically for the duration of a client relationship plus retention for billing, audit, or regulatory purposes (consulting engagements may require multi-year retention of deliverables and supporting communications).

If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete the email correspondence and any associated records, subject to legal-hold or audit-retention obligations that apply to engagements we’ve worked on with you.

Your rights

Whether or not your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, etc.) entitles you to formal rights, our practical policy is the same. You can:

• Ask what we have about you.
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention).
• Ask us not to follow up on a conversation.

Cookies + tracking

This site does not set first-party tracking cookies, third-party advertising cookies, or behavioral analytics pixels. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or equivalent. The site uses minimal session storage for form interactions; nothing is persisted across visits.

Children

The services we offer are business-to-business. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information in a way that affects you, we will update this page and update the effective date at the top. Material changes are announced in the relevant business communication.
